Sandra Kim was born as Sandra Caldarone in Liège, Belgium, on 15 October 1972. She became a star when she won the Eurovision Song Contest in Norway in 1986 with the song "J'aime la vie". She was only thirteen years old at the time. After her win, she became a big star in Belgium, but she didn't score any hits as big as "J'aime la vie" anymore, so the number of gigs fell down. In 1994 she married Olivier Gerard, but they divorced within the same year. She finally found love in the person of Jurgen Delanghe, whom she married on Christmas Eve 2001. Although Sandra Kim is still singing, her best years are definitely over. She's only booked for a couple of gigs every month, she says.- Composer
